Our dedication to the community is evident in our partnership with the UNM Lobos. We are committed to helping athletes perform at their best and ensuring our patients see the world clearly and confidently.

Our connection to UNM is strong. A proud alum, Dr. Melendez earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2000 and an MBA in 2008.

Our Marketing Director, Josh Melendez, graduated from UNM in 2016 with a degree in Communication and Business, and our Administrator, Karissa Boese, completed her degree in Biology in 2017. Our ties to the Lobos extend beyond partnership—they’re part of our identity.
